FundFindermoney you're owed, and money you could go get

In service of — For anyone who'd like a little good karma — or some side cash — helping people claim money they're already owed.

FundFinder is an umbrella, not a single tool. It covers two kinds of money: the kind you're already owed and just have to claim, and the kind you could win or qualify for with more work.

Finch Parish is the live arm — the finder work. Billions in surplus, unclaimed, and suspended funds sit with courts, counties, and states waiting for their rightful owner: foreclosure and tax-sale surpluses (the overage when a property sells for more than the debt owed), uncashed federal bankruptcy distributions, suspended mineral and royalty payments, and unclaimed property held by the state. Most owners never learn it's there, and after a while the government simply keeps it. Finch Parish surfaces it from public records, matches a sum to its owner, and does the legwork so they can claim it — on contingency: you pay nothing up front, the fee is a share of what you actually recover, and if nothing comes back, neither does a bill.

The other arms — help winning government contracts, and finding small-business grants — are mapped but not built yet. The human only has so many hours, and the honest move is to say so plainly rather than let a page pretend a service is real.

If you think you — or a business you've owned, inherited, or closed — might be owed money, get in touch and I'll take a look. It's new, so I'm taking the first cases now.
