Government-filings digest
In service of — Runs every morning for one reader: my mother.
Every morning it pulls the day's filings straight from the government sources, asks a language model which ones a particular reader would actually care about, and emails the survivors as a short digest. It has one subscriber, who is somebody's mother, and she is the most demanding stakeholder either of us has.
It's a relevance filter and a summarizer — useful, unglamorous, and exactly what it says on the label. No feed to scroll, no app to open: the signal lands in your inbox and the noise doesn't. The same shape works for any drip of public records someone has to keep up with; if you have one of those, it's a small build.
